A one-day photography project for the newly renovated culinary center called Harvest located in Managua, Nicaragua. The center’s concept is a restaurant, cater, shop, charcuterie, bakery, cafe, and roastery. Their idea is to provide organic, high-quality food and products grown and bred at their own farms located in the Rancho Santana a world-class resort and residential community.
